We are seeking a full-time Lead Member Account Representative to join our team at Riverland Energy Cooperative in Arcadia, WI!
The Lead Member Account Representative plays a vital role in ensuring the cooperative's billing process runs smoothly and accurately, guaranteeing members are billed correctly each month. This position oversees a variety of essential processes, including posting payments, managing autopay, handling service disconnections, issuing delinquent notices, and processing service orders for transfers and work orders. Responsibilities also include balancing the daily cash drawer, and supporting front desk operations as needed, which can include payment processing, mail handling, and providing coverage.
Education and Experience:

High School Diploma required

Associate Degree in Accounting or Business preferred

Two years of billing and/or business experience preferred
Skills and Abilities:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Strong computer skills with the ability to work efficiently

Excellent customer service skills
