Over 450 members/guests attended the Annual Meeting on Saturday, March 25. Brent Ridge, DPC CEO, presented on sustainability and reliability and how important it is to have a generation mix of resources for us to keep the electricity flowing. Tim provided the operations and financial report, and informed the members of the rate increase.

David Anderson and Fran Fedie received plaques in recognition of their years of service on the board.

Elections:

District 1 - Brad Schmidtknecht, Mondovi, ran unopposed and filled the vacancy of Fran Fedie who did not seek re-election.

District 6 - Steve Hogden, Galesville, won the contested election against Daniel Beck to fill the vacated seat of David Anderson who termed out.

District 7 - Gary Dvoracek, Holmen, won new terms running unopposed.

Reorganization immediately after the annual meeting saw Bea Zingsheim elected president, Dan Filla re-elected as Vice President, and Dennis Frame re-elected as the secretary/treasurer and was elected as the new Dairyland Power Director.
